Some of What Heaven Looks Likes;
Only some of it!Revelation Chapter 3: 20-21 [Hope]
20.Behold, I [Jesus] stand at the door, and knock:
If any man hear my voice, and open the door,
I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
21.To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne,
even as I also overcame,
and am sat down with my Father in his throne.
Revelation Chapter 4:
A door was opened in heaven,
The first voice that I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking.
This voice like a trumpet said,
“Come up hither, and I will show thee things, which must be hereafter.”
Immediately I was in the spirit,
Behold, a throne was set in heaven,
And one sat on the throne.
He looked like jasper and a sardine stone:
Sight like unto an Emerald.
Round the throne were four and twenty seats. (24)
And on the seats sat four and twenty elders.
They were clothed in white raiment,
And on there heads
Crowns of Gold.
Lightnings, thundering,
and voices proceeded out of the Thorne.
Before the throne were
Seven lamps of burning fire (7)
These are the seven Spirits of God.
Before the Thorn was a
Sea of glass like unto crystal
In the midst of the throne, And round about were Four Beasts,
Full of eyes, before and behind.
First beast was like a lion.Second beast like a calf.
Third beast had a face as a man.
Fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Four beasts had each of them six wings (6 Wings)
They were full of eyes within (full of Eyes)
They rest not day and night saying:
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty
Which was, and is, and is to come.”
When the beasts give glory, honor,
and thanks to Him that sat on the throne.
(Who lives forever and ever)
The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne
Worship him that lives forever and ever
Cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power:
For thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”
